The Thermex warranty provides coverage for any damages to the inner tank for 2 or 5 years, depending on the model and the customer's choice. Additionally, the warranty details specify that the mechanical parts, including the element, thermostat, flange, gasket, and anode, are covered for 24 months under the water heater warranty.
All 5ltrs and 10ltrs models can be installed directly to the Main Supply, and they come with a Thermex warranty for added peace of mind. Larger models can also be connected to the main supply, but a pressure vessel must be installed. Thermex Water Heaters can be installed only on FLOW PUMPS not exceeding 2.5 Bars. For models larger than 10 liters, a pressure vessel must also be installed to ensure compliance with Thermex warranty details, which include important aspects of the water heater warranty.
It is crucial to switch off the water heater immediately, close the water input, and contact our support team or the retailer from whom you purchased your water heater to discuss the Thermex warranty or warranty details. Remember, the water heater should remain installed on site to ensure coverage under the water heater warranty.
If a technician is called on site and the issue isn't related to the water heater, a €35.00 charge will apply. If this fee remains unpaid, the Thermex warranty will be considered NULL.
In the case of any irregular operation or visible damage, the water heater must be switched off immediately. The supplier shall not be held responsible for any personal injuries or material damages and losses associated with the use of the water heater.
Should there be a defect or leak, the supplier is only responsible for replacing the water heater, and disassembling and assembling will incur an additional charge.
Please note that this warranty is valid only at the primary installation location and does not cover damages resulting from misuse or unprofessional installation. It is essential to carefully read the warranty details in the water heater manual before installation.
The safety valve must always be installed; failure to do so will void the warranty. The supplier is not liable if the safety valve drips due to excessive pressure. No equipment, except for a Pressure Vessel, should be placed between the water heater and the safety valve.
This warranty should be presented for any necessary repairs or replacements.
The warranty is void if the water heater is installed in an area prone to severe weather conditions. Additionally, the warranty will be null if there are significant over or under voltages in the electrical power supply or if the water heater is connected to a faulty electrical connection.
If the water heater is powered on before being filled, the warranty is also void.
Regular maintenance of the water heater and safety valve is essential. The warranty does not cover physical damage to the outer casing, such as dents.
Finally, using non-compliant spare parts for repairs or modifications will render the water heater warranty null.
